About the Department: The Department of Botany was established in 2018 for undergraduate courses B.Sc.  with the following Vision and Mission.    

Vision: To promote the value of teaching, Culture of learning and knowledge of plant sciences by educating the student in the basic of botany.

Mission:   

1. To introduce student centric teaching and learning process
2. To inculcate the students with knowledge of research related to Botany.
3. To enhance the skill for the employment of the students.
4. To make student updated in the field of Botany.
5. To prepare a herbal and ornamental garden for the exploration to the students.
6. To explore floral diversity of the college.
